About these terms

This page covers the use of this website and the basics of how we work. The price and specific terms for a job are set out in the quote or invoice we send you, and those apply if they differ from this page.

What a digital walkthrough is

A digital walkthrough is a video our team generates from your still photographs. It is a representation of a property and not a recording of it. It may not show every feature exactly, and details between photos are approximated. You are responsible for reviewing the video before you use it and for how you describe it to guests.

Your photos

By sending us photos or a listing link, you confirm that you own the photos or have permission to use them for this purpose, and that you are authorized to act for the property.

Previews, revisions and payment

We send a watermarked preview before any payment is due. One round of revisions is included. The final video without the watermark is delivered after payment. Watermarked previews are for review only.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise that a walkthrough will increase bookings, views or revenue.
